When Gail arrived in Thailand with her daughter Rachel and her older sister (affectionately known to us as Auntie), we knew right away this was a special family. They were full of warmth, laughter, and deep love for one another. But what made this journey truly unforgettable was Gails strength and determination.

Gail has been living with diabetes for years, and its been a tough fight. She worked incredibly hard to bring her health into a stable condition, and when the health check results finally gave her the green light to proceed with surgeryit was a deeply emotional moment. The whole family cried tears of joy together. Gail was finally able to do something for herself.

She underwent a Deep Plane Facelift with Dr. Benjawan, one of our most experienced and compassionate surgeons. The results were absolutely amazingher face looked refreshed, lifted, and naturally beautiful just days after surgery.

 

But this story isnt just about the surgery. Its about the love shared between three women who supported one another every step of the way. During recovery, we celebrated a special momenta surprise birthday for Auntie, complete with a stunning butterfly-themed cake. The joy on her face lit up the room, and we all shared in the laughter and happiness.

After Gails recovery, the family traveled to Phuket for a well-deserved holiday. Gail later returned to Med Harbour for her stitch removal and follow-up care. She looked glowing, relaxed, and so happy with her transformation.

 

We feel incredibly lucky to have met this beautiful family. There was a real connection between usnot just clinic and client, but people sharing lifes lessons, tears, triumphs, and laughter. Through this journey, we didnt just care for Gailwe gained three wonderful friends.
