MEDHARBOUR Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At MED HARBOUR, we aim to provide clarity and transparency in all arrangements.
BOOKING FEE
- A booking fee is required to secure your surgical coordination and accommodation arrangements. This booking fee is non-refundable.
- Should you need to reschedule your surgery and stay, your booking fee will remain valid for 12 months from the original payment date.
- To reschedule, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. All date changes are subject to surgeon and accommodation availability. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred new dates.
Surgical & Medical Procedure Fees
- MEDHARBOUR does not charge cancellation fees for patients who decide not to proceed with their plastic surgery or dental procedure.
- All surgical and medical fees are paid directly to the hospital, Clinic or dental clinic , who provides surgery.
- MED HARBOUR does not collect, hold, or process payments for medical procedures.
Accommodation Policy
- Accommodation dates are confirmed prior to your arrival.
- Changes to your accommodation dates must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
- Accommodation fees must be paid in full prior to arrival for the agreed duration of stay.
- No refunds are provided for early departures.
- No refunds are available once surgery has been performed.
